Since its inception, 2M has been headed by Ahsan Moeen; a registered professional engineer in TX and MI with over 19 years extensive experience as a program manager, project manager, construction manager and project engineer in the area of water infrastructure and treatment.
Our team ’ s comprehensive experience emphasizes advanced project man agement, quality assurance and quality control standards, in order to ensure a quality product is delivered on time and within budget. Realizing that any given project requires coordination with different disciplines, we strive to work with our clients and follow all projects from conception to successful completion. 2M staff has a history of adhering to the project budget and schedule without sacrificing quality.
2M commits its staff resources and its services to deliver projects effectively and ensure that each project receives the benefit of the specific expertise o f every professional within the organization.
The firm is a committed partner in working with the local community. 2M has developed professional relationships with numerous local businesses and utilizes their serv ices as often as possible.
